These conditions apply on all agreements between Art of Dance and visitors of its events.
ID required.
Minimum age for the events vary depending on the venue.
Park in the designated areas. Cars that are parked outside these areas will be towed away.
Visitors are searched before the event. The ones who do not submit themselves, will be denied access to the event. This control has been established to protect everyone concerning the general security.
Your clothing must accompany the nature and the character of the event.
Sexual harassment will not be tolerated. The police force will be informed if you offend this code.
Expressions of racist/discriminating nature are not permitted.
It is prohibited to take the following matter to the event; professional photograph -, film - and other ( audio and/or visual) prerecording equipment, (alcoholic) spirits, narcotics, glass work, cans, fireworks, plastic bottles, (fire -) weapons and other dangerous objects.
It is forbidden to take our properties outside the venue; this means also remainders of food and drinks. When damage to our properties is noticed, you are responsible for repairing and/or rebuilding costs.
Glass objects must be handed over to the organization.
It is prohibited to sell merchandise at or around the event, and being in possession of stolen goods. If you ignore this prohibition, you will be handed over to the police force.
Consuming, using, dealing or being in the possession of narcotic substances is strictly prohibited. When being caught dealing in narcotic substances, the police force will be informed immediately.
When the visitor has taken narcotics exuberantly, access to the event will be denied.
When the visitor is intoxicated by the means of GHB, access to the event will be denied.
The organization has the right to refuse or remove persons from the event.
Visitors are obliged to follow the regulations and indications of the staff.
We preserve ourselves the right at presumption of gathering, where annoyance, danger and trouble to third parties are caused. People being part of these gathering will be removed from the event immediately.
Attending the site and the venue of the event, is at the visitor’s own risk.
The organization’s liability has been restricted to the sum, that its insurer antes up in a specific case due to damage or lesion brought to visitors or visitors’ belongings.
Hard music can cause hearing damage, Art of Dance is not responsible for this under any circumstance. Earplugs are available on certain events for a minimum compensation at the pay-desk.
To consume food or drinks you need consumptioncoins on our locations. These coins have a restricted validity and are not refundable for money or exchangeable for new coins.
On every event, a medical team is present to provide first aid when necessary.
During the event prerecording can be made. All visitors tacitly authorize the organization - by entering the site of the event - to make and develop videos and photographs of the audience. In case of calamities the prerecording can be shown to third parties as supportive material.
When you have any petitions, please send your comment to info@artofdance-usa.com. Complaints must be sent after arising: in case of lack, your right of petition expires.
